We are an independent corporate advisory firm providing the full range of capital, strategic, and M&A services. We specialise in financial services corporations (both banks and non-bank finance companies), as well as asset managers (principally private credit and private equity).

We draw on deep relationships with financiers, a strong understanding of capital structures, and a track record of executing over 100 financing transactions to deliver efficient, well-structured outcomes.

We are unique in terms of corporate advisers in that we have built our own non-bank finance company from concept to c.$1bn balance sheet (Taurus Motor Finance).
